Ngaire and Leister came and played Christmas music ... I loved it ... Big smiles all afternoon! 

Secrets Santa

We opened our secret Santa presents today, I got a nice face cloth and some body wash. 

Xmas party

I had a lot of fun at our xmas party, I enjoyed the entertainment.

Colouring in on the iPad

I had fun colouring in on the iPad today, choosing the colours I wanted.

Dress ups

I dressed up as a Xmas Angel in my sensory session it was lots of fun.

Hamilton casino trip

I had such a fun time in Hamilton, seeing the big xmas tree, sitting on santas knee and a yummy lunch at the casino.

Ginger Xmas cookies

I helped make ginger Xmas cookies in our cooking group.

Table tennis

I had fun playing table tennis with my friend Christina.

Redwoods

on friday I got to go to the redwoods with some of my friends at Arohanui, I really enjoyed it because  dad called in and spent the day with me and my friends he took us on a tour through the forest we picked the red walk to go on. Dad also took me and my friends up to the tree top walk where we could bounce on the tree top bridge. Andrew my brother also called in to see me and say good bye as he was off overseas and back for Christmas.

St Chad's of Rotorua!

We visited St Chad's of Rotorua, where we learnt about their photography exhibition, and went out to visit one of their favourite photography locations. 

Shannon, Delainey and Kathryn from St Chad's were awesome hosts and showed us new photography taking techniques. Such as a good way to capture a good photograph of a seagull is using hot chips!

Art

I am painting a picture in art, it is coming along really good.

Swimming!

Today I had a great time at swimming. I practiced swimming under water and next week I'm going to try using goggles!

Cooking!

Doing a cracking job making curried egg sandwiches! They were eggstraudinary!

I went on a walk into Greerton with my friends and found these two gems!

I am a very good table tennis player, it is so much fun.

We had the Fire brigade come and see us. It was fun I wore their gumboots and jacket.

Yesterday afternoon I was waiting for my van to pick me up to go home. I decided to be a big hel and vaccine the carpet. What a legend! 

Swimming!

The past weeks at swimming, I have been doing lengths using the floats so I can focus on my leg strokes. I enjoy going on my back and front, using both the noodle and rectangle floats, and have started to try doing a couple of strokes under water.

highland games

 we had highland games today, I got to play volleyball, egg n spoon race, gumboot toss and table tennis, it was a fun day

Paper mâché

Today I worked really hard on ripping up my paper paintings and dipped the pieces of paper then dipped them into glue paste. I then glued the paper into a wooden canvas frame to recycle it. 

Art

I started painting a picture frame in my art session.

Macaroni cheese Recipe

I finished writing out my recipe for Macaroni cheese. I will be making this next week. 

Recipe writing

Next week we will be making Macaroni cheese. I am documenting the recipe in my recipe book in preparation.

Kids go marching

I went to a show at the Baptist Church put on by the children from Bethlehem Primary School. It was really good. I had a good time.

Flip out

I went to flip out today it was so much fun. I really liked the foam pool I was throwing foam at my friend Alissa.
