Wellness Tea

 Today in cooking we made a wellness tea out of all of the beautiful fresh fruit that is in season at the moment. It had lemon, oranges, grapefruit, turmeric, cinnamon and some honey for sweetness. It ride it but I wasn’t a big fan of the flavour. 

Te Puke fun day

 I sang on the karaoke at the Te Puke centre and sang the NZ national anthem. Everyone clapped when I had finished. I really enjoyed playing games and eating my sausage and chips

Toasted Sandwiches!!

Today in cooking we made delicious creamed corn toasted sandwiches. Sherie loves creamed corn so that’s the flavour we chose. I spread the margarine, scooped the corn, sprinkled the cheese and shut the lid.  I ate the whole thing it was so tasty. I also did ALL dishes!!!

Maree was so impressed.

Sonic cinema

I enjoyed my movie and my pop corn very much. Thus is my friend Mike who I got to sit next too 

Playing with stamps

 In art I got to play with stamps and choose all the ones I like. And I made a beautiful heart.

Greta

 I met Greta today. She is 87yrsold. We took her for a walk around the block. She is lovely.

Baby fever

 

Lorraine brought in John ans Luca this morning and I was so lucky to be able to hold and cuddle them.

Reduced to clear

Today we went to reduced to get yummy ingredients for cookies. We chose peanut butter cookie mix and M&M’s.

  

 

Pasta Dish

 This week in cooking we are making pasta dishes my group looked at all the ingredients in the pantry and chose to make Marinara sauce with the canned tomatoes, garlic, and herbs. It was sooooooo tasty. 

I removed my own nail polish today ready to get painted 💅
